Exchanges

At Tango Store, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange a product due to size issues, defects, or incorrect items received, you may request an exchange under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Exchange

An exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, tags, and proof of purchase. Products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering may not be eligible for exchange.

Process for Requesting an Exchange

To request an exchange, contact our customer support team at orders@wheatfreestore.com with your order details, a description of the issue, and clear images of the product showing the reason for the exchange. Once our team reviews and approves your request, we will arrange for the return of the item.

Exchange Product Delivery Time

In case of approved exchanges, we will deliver the product within 7-10 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once the exchange product is dispatched.

Non-Eligible Items

Certain products may not be eligible for exchange, including perishable goods, and products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase. Additionally, exchanges will not be accepted for items that have been damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.
