Refund Policy
At Tango Store, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which:
- You may return goods purchased from us, subject to a valid reason.
- A refund may be issued for returned goods, subject to specific conditions.
- You may cancel orders within a stipulated period.
While we make every effort to facilitate returns, refunds, and cancellations, certain restrictions apply due to business, legal, and contractual obligations.
What Can Be Returned and When?
You may request a return if:
- You receive a faulty or defective product.
- You receive a product that differs from what you ordered.
Conditions for Returning Products
- Items must be returned in the original condition along with the original invoice.
- Products must be in their original form and packaging.
- Brand packaging must be intact.
- Replacements are subject to product availability on our website at the time of the request.
To initiate a refund or return request, please email us at orders@wheatfreestore.com within 2 days of receiving the product. Your email must include the product name, order ID, invoice number, and a detailed description of the issue.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of receipt via email. After inspecting the item, we will inform you of your refund status.
- If you paid via net banking, credit card, or debit card, we will initiate a refund request to our Payment Gateway Partners within five working days of return approval. The amount will be credited back to your account within 14 working days, or as per the Payment Gateway/Bank's timelines.
- If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will courier a refund cheque within three working days of return approval. The cheque will be issued in favor of the Billing Name used when placing the order and sent to the Billing Address provided.
